The '97 Geo I am sure is fuel injected.

the '91 I had was carbed, and I can't remember the year of the car I looked at with my brother but I think it was a '97 and it was also carbed.....

If you have to press the gas during start up its a carb if not then its injected.

95 and up metros have a throttle body

from 89 to 2000 is carb when you get into 4 cylinders they become fuel injected

James Catanzaro

It's fuel injected. SPFI at that most likely. Single Point Fuel Injection. both 3 and 4 cylinder. Pretty much every one after 1990 I believe is. I know after 95 for sure. Just look at the old K cars from the 80's same type of injection.
