S10 pickup head lights

I have replaced my fuses, light switch, and ground
wires but none ouf my running lights come on i
might need a new switch I bought a used one but
is there anything I might need to check before I
spend more money on a switch?

a multi tester would be good to have to see where there is power and where there is not , everything needs a ground
