I have a 1987 Ford Ranger 2.9L, manual with Hydrolic clutch. Does it mean that I need to replace the clutch if the only engage / disengage position for the pedal is at the top 1/8th of redal travel?Paulptw7172@gmail.com

Check your clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder make sure they are not leaking.
