bad pulsing when braking cause?
whenever i brake the 89 f 150 shakes bad replaced rotors calipers brake pads new radius arm bushings still does it
Brake hoses are collapsed on the inside of hose can not tell by looking at the outside of hose shows no signs of collapsing on the outside. Replace brake hoses.
Overtightening the lug nuts could have warped the new brake rotors. Also some helpful info at the link..... http://www.ericthecarguy.com/faq/solving-brake-problems? start=1#BrakeVibrationsWarpedRotorsorDrums
Collapsed brake hose in my opinion has nothing to do with pulsing. Pulling yes, pulsing no.
What about the rear? Did you do them too?
Did you remove the grease from the rotors with brake clean before installing ? If you did not or did not get all of it off it well cause hot spots on rotor and cause pulsating.
Try to isolate the wheel. Jack up the vehicle and spin the wheel by hand and see if you can detect if one of the rotors is warped. You may hear it rubbing at one point. Then spin the wheel and have someone lightly depress the brake. YOu may be be able to feel the warp in one of the wheels.
Did you check the front wheel bearings?
