i have an 89 ford 150 wen i turn the key i have no power what could that be

Bad battery, battery cables, blown fuse links, ignition switch just to name a few.

I replaced all of that and still no lights

So you are going to have to do an individual circuit test to find the broken circuit, I think you might have missed a fuse link.
