i have a aod in my 1988 f1504x4 and was wondering how much trouble it would be to put a Eod outta a 96 f150 in it???. If someone could answer this it would be much help

i dont recomend doing it if you dont have a clue../ money... if its shot ..rebuild the aod... but what do i know... im a gm guy...

You'd have to change the PCM and other things. Like Kelly says, rebuild the old one, or I'd convert it to a 5spd manual for the same cost.
