where is the fuse link on the starting circuit of a 1985 ford f-159 v-8

no power from the red wire that activates the start relay

The fuselinks are right there at the starter relay, they have little tags on them that state the gauge for replacement, go back to the ignition switch and check for power in the crank position only on that wire from the switch if you don't have it replace the ignition switch, if you do have it there then proceed on to the nuetral safety switch or clutch switch if a stick shift, if the crank power comes out of those switches and the wire is not broken on it's way to the starter solenoid, it should crank over.
