Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Last week I was driving home at about 55 mph and
my truck acted like it was in neutral (it's an
automatic) I pressed the gas and it would rev but
not drive. Finally my truck died and I had to pull it
off to the side of the road. At night when I drive the
lights flicker (dim to bright) and so on. Recently the
dash gauges stopped working and when I open my
door the radio turns off. When I turn on my lights
the heater stops working. Yesterday I replaced the
alternator and charged the battery over night. Then
today I drove it about 1.5 mile and it stalled out I
made it home and put the truck in park and it ran
for about 10 seconds before it shut off.  I had it
wired for subs but thought that might have been th
problem so I unwired everything. Any ideas of what
to do now?
