I have a 85 Mazda rx7 it starts revs really high like 7 Rpms and when we step in the gas it dies out then when we try to shut it off it won't shut off only way is choke and full gas to kill It

Bad igntion switch for the no cutting off issue,the hi rev may be bad throttle position sensor,or loosing vacume ,
