I did damage to my Jeep Grand Cherokee but unknowing parking over a curb. Due to the lowering of the car due to the Quadra-Lift feature, my car lowered while I was in the store. When I backed out of the spot, I didn't realize the car had lowered onto the curb. Nowhere in the manual does it warn of this and now I have $1200 damage. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, did Chrysler reimburse you for the repairs since the manual did not warn of this potential problem?
Good luck. You can always ask, but don't expect anything. Suing will cost you more than the repair. Chalk it up to a learning experience.
Good point! Imagen a drunk sleeping in the gutter , it could get ugly and cause serious lawsuits .
