Can you see fuel spraying into the carb with a light? If not, you have a fuel issue. You may have plugged jets or a plugged fuel filter. If it will run with start fluid, then you pretty much are not getting fuel. May also be a bad fuel pressure regulator.

The feul pump seems like it's getting full power

The feul seems to struggle getting into the carb and barely get any feul

Well it's jets, fuel filter, or regulator.
