2003 Ford ranger Starting Issue **HELP**

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 2WD Auto 3.0L (Vin U) with 151,654 miles on
it.
I recently bought it around 150,500 miles with no issues and am having issues
while starting it. This has been going on for 4 days now and I can't start it at all
now. When I put they key in the ignition, I have Power and when I go and turn
it to ACC all lights, radio, and accessories work. The truck works fine at this
point. It shifts well when I move it throughout the gears. However, when I go to
start it in park or neutral, all I hear is clicking. Click, click, click etc. Seems to
be normal intervals. Clicks in park or neutral, doesn't matter.  No codes have
been thrown.
I have replaced my battery, my starter with the solenoid attached to it (twice),
the starter relay, and the ignition switch (the white electronic piece under the
steering column). My battery has proper voltage (12.8V), my battery harness
when I try and crank the starter, where it connects to the starter, gets 12.6V
consistently. The starter relay has 12.6 V going to it. Battery terminals and
harness cables are clean.
I did recently replace my fuel pump before the issues started happening, but I
don't see how that would affect it.
Here's the weird thing. When this first started, I tried to push it physically and it
started no problem when I started it while in motion. Today, (4 days later) I
started it by pushing it and throwing it into park where it rocked back and forth
and it started. Now, none of these tricks work. I am so lost and desperately
need help.

Side note: engine does not respond at all now. the only noise is the clicking. This happened on the original starter I bought it with, the first starter I bought, and now the second one.

Disconnecting negative to ensure no backflow interference, test voltage from battery constant on starter to negative terminal. Also check voltage at neutral safety switch when trying to crank, as well as ground connections

Supposedly if the lights dim when it clicks....personally I have found it to happen randomly with no guarantee of how to test without actually removing and reinstalling the starter
