2003 mustang won't start, but still gets power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just replaced the positive connection to my
battery and was able to turn my car over.
When I went to look at the fuse box
underneath my stearing column, I put the
cover back on. Now it won't turn over, but I
still get overall power. There's just no click
When I turn the key all the way.
Could I have knocked a fuse loose? If so,
what fuse could cause my mustang to act
this way?
