Possibly bad flasher module.

the bigger round one on the fuse panel ? I pulled it out and the right side still worked but, the emergency flashers stopped working and the left still would not blink

If one side works and the other does not then I would check for positive and negative current in the bulbs sockets of the side that's not working.

okay thanks

If none found then I would replace the flasher module.
