91 dakota wont start unless jumping the starter replaced starter and ame thing what else could it be?

hello my dakota wont start unless key is on and i jump the starter with aa screw driver. i replaced the starter and the same thing is happening could it be in the ignition. it wont even crank there is nothing but light and buzzers when you turn the key

It's one of two things... 1. Your connection to your battery is not strong. Make sure you can't rotate the terminals to the battery, and make sure there is no battery acid between the terminal and the batter. 2. You ground wire isn't properly connected. Check the ground wire from the starter and the ground wire from the battery. Hope this helps. Dodge for life....

you need a replacement of ur ignition system. also check the fuse and switches.
