89 lincoln mark v11 tranny slipping

what can i do for the tranny slipping?

Pretty much too late when that happens, the bands are probably burnt from heat and your looking at a rebuild. Did you check the TV cable that connects to the throttle body linkage? That sometimes breaks off, the plastic grommet cracks and will cause a missed shift/flare if it isn't connected. Not good to continue to drive this way.
