i have a 1992 dodge stealth that the gas tank was cleaned and treated . but since this the gas guage doesnt work and the car runs ok when i fill it up for about a 100 miles after that it starts to spu

Something was wrong with the tank? Corroded? Dirty? Someone messed up the gauge sender when they put it back in- the rest of your fuel system has that dirt in it, maybe even in your injectors-
