II have several oil leaks on my 1989 cadillac sedan deville, what can I do?

Are you going to keep the car? If you are then you may have to spend the bucks and take it to a shop you trust and have it resealed. Or if you really really like it then you can replace the engine with either a re- manufactured or a crate motor.

I have a 1991 that was leaking a lot of oil around the oil filter, there is an oil filter adapter kit with several small round ruber gaskets smaller than a dime that were replaced and solved the problem. This stopped a major leak problem that was hard to find because oil was being spread all over. just a suggestion and the gasket kit was very cheap I think.. less than $10.
