My moon roof won't open is there a fuse for

definitely, pop open fuse panel and see which one goes to the sunroof. Go to autostore, pull out old fuze with pliers and show them which one you need, or you can go to homedepot I think, but autostore would def have them. Maybe even google your year/make/model car and type in fuze panel and see what image looks like to get an idea.
