Is the interior of a W123 (1985 300d) interchangeable with a 190e interior? I can't find 300d interiors here in Dallas.

the front seats, maybe. The rear seats, no. If your covers are worn or torn perhaps find somewhere to have them recovered. The benefits of this option is you get to choose the color and material that suits your wallet.
