1988 560 SEL Mercedes windshield washer stopped working. Need help with diagnosis.

Windshield washer suddenly is not functioning. Reservoir is full. I do not hear any motor
like noise like you might hear when trying to use and no fluid in reservoir(humming
sound).

My 560 SEL had the same problem. It turned out to be the pump in the reservoir.
