I notice that after my 944 is park for more that 3 weeks went I start the car some shall
amount of smoke comes from behind the fire wall

You probably have an oil leak, and that oil is leaking from the top of the motor onto the exhaust. When you start the car after 3 weeks, this oil gets burned off. Check your engine gaskets and hoses.
