Handling upgrades can be done - wheels, tires, springs, shocks etc. An exhaust and intake system might pick up 10 hp or so but as you will find true go fast stuff gets expensive fast. https://www.carid.com/2015-nissan-sentra-performance-parts/

Most bolt on power upgrades are honestly useless, over short time the ECU adjusts to maintain the stock parameters of the computers programming by reducing fuel or changing timing advance. Air intakes, mufflers, mostly change the sound you hear. More air in, more air able to get out plus more fuel is more power, but the computer needs to be re-tuned when this happens and it's not cheap or an easy option on most cars. The engineers that built this car spent a lot of time and money getting the car as efficient as possible, if you throw money in to these bolt on's, your gains may be up to 20hp, but it will not be permanent or worth the cost. Suspension, brakes, tires are a better investment, but keep in mind the harder you go the worse the ride is, and you likely dont need a dozen pistons to stop your Sentra going to work. Its a hunk of metal to get from a to b that is worth less everyday and every mile, spend your money on yourself or your love.
