I have a week old Sentra SL. It will lose power when accelerating and feels like it is stalling andk ready to stop. This has happened 3 times. I have to restart the car.

check your EGR valve for naughtiness---gets buggered up, it's mission in life is to introduce exhaust gas into the combustion chamber, it is a delicate arrangement and gets clobbered easy----quite surprised a Check Engine light did not come on~

foreign cars do not have these, are supposed to intoduce Nitrouos oxide instead of unburned hydrocarbon....at the price of reduced performance if it's not working properly~

2013 is not old.....guess going through a bit of a time lapse still write 1989 on things~

you are confusing me, 2013 is not weak or old....should have had a smog check where they'd have discovered this malfunctioning smog device...I don't know now~

It's still under warranty. Take it to the dealer and have them look at it.

I was referring to the question asker usually the new car buyer knows what kind of warranty the manufacturer offers.

ever bought a new one? never could afford one not on a Draftsman salary, not right away cashed in the retirement acct to buy the house~ 33,000 mile old 2006 mini is as sporty as it goes~
