2013 Versa car surges or lopes as if not getting gas, please help

I've put $25'00 dry gas, addives but to no avail it lopes, I just made it home
about like you could walk, now it won't start at all, please help me

Any lights lit up on the dash like the service or check engine light? Then it is time to scan for the trouble codes. Check for fuel pressure next with a gauge, and check out any strange or abnormal noises in the engine bay. Did you check the oil level?
