my daughter was listening to the radio in her car via the battery for a really long time,(on
multiple occasions)  the battery died and we can't jump it.  IS the battery ruined?

Might just need a full charge. Not a good idea to run the accessories in the car for a long time. Time to buy a Battery tender to charge it back up. You can hook it up anytime after the first time, so you don't run into a no start situation....http://batterytender.com/products/automotive/battery- tender-junior-12v-at-0-75a.html
