I'm having a problem after replacing my 1994 rt luxury motor with a 1996 engine. I have a one cylinder miss. Any ideas?

not sure what "one cylinder miss." means...get it married then it will be a two cylinder misses~ check the distributor cap for carbon traces and cracks would be my first inclination~
