I'm looking at a 1999 f350 super duty passenger van that has 220,000 miles on it. I was well maintained but I'm wondering hbow much more life I can get out of it. Any thoughts?

I'd pass on it unless the price is really low. It's 16 years old and while it could go another 80,000 to 100,000 miles the law of averages says it's living on borrowed time. Keep shopping. HTH. - Jim
