oil AND gas? I dunno, bro- sounds dangerous to me- try to find out where that gas is comin' from- or you could be the Human Torch-

The oil sound like a front oil seal but the gas sounds like a leaky fuel line or fuel pump. BIG PROBLEM is fuel leak. Yes, it is a fire waiting to start. You don't say if it is a drip or a leak. Can you be any more clear in your description of your problem?
