Miles? Condition? Maintenance? Mods? Options?

fully loaded, factory stock, new top, good condition, no rust

Miles? Trans? Well I would definitly use the need for brakes as a bargining chip. The new top and stock is definitly a plus. Not knowing what your budget is and the full info on the car makes it hard to price, but I've seen enough of these in my local market in the $3500 to $4500 range for decent examples just to give you an idea.
