Oil sending unit

I suspect the smoke might be from an oil leak hitting the hit exhaust pipe and the oil gauge is on and off due to low pressure. Are you low on oil due to the leak?

Thanks for your reply Tom and DSRR I have check the oil level its ok I have resolved the leakage and put a new oil pressure sensor but the problem has not been resolved the oil lamp is still flickering and times and the engine is using up all the coolant is getting very hot and starts steaming but the cooling gauge is not showing that the engine is hot only the oil pressure gauge is flickering I am out of probable cause now I really don`t know what is wrong with the engine
