Will a Dodge Dakota V6 motor inner change  with a  2001 dodge Dakota V6

You can get it in, but its not worth it, you will need new wiring, new tranny, new ECM and new PCM and it will be to much money and time...

I am doing the same thing I just bought a 97 Dakota v6 and I am putting the motor in a 2001 Dodge ram 1500 v6 no will the block and heads work fine if you use intake and everything from the original truck for the motor swap

What about if I just used the block and heads from a 97 Dakota 3.9 liter v6 in a 2001 Dodge ram 1500 3.9 liter v6
