I have a headlight issue.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Both headlights work however they both only work in high. In low beams my
driver side light won't come on. I feel like a douche for having my brights on all
the time to prevent being pulled over. Any idea how to fix? I have a 94 Dodge
Dakota.

Have you checked the bulb, if it is good then you need to check for power to the low side when it is turned on low, if no power then check fuses, if fuses are good then wiring and switches.

I have, bulb is not the culprit here. How do i check the power? I suspect a blown fuse but i don't have an owners manual for my truck

A cheap little test light is all you need to check for powers, you should have one wire with power on low then it will change to,another wire when switched to high, and one wire is ground. The fuses for the headlights are located in the power distribution box under the hood and they will be marked usually on the lid of the box. HTH
