Can I play radio if the engine is not running and I have push button starter

the MINI is wired so YOU CAN listen to the game when the key is not in the ignition...not sure about other auto makers do remember the old VW beetle had an AM radio that could come on at anytime (probably because of the cold-war at the time)~

Yes, just don't press on the brake pedal before pushing the start button.

Ugh, Toyota problems... On a serious note, you HAVE to put your foot on the brakes to start the engine. NOT doing so will only turn on the accessories.

See...they've got you trained...the newest gen MINI's have a damned pushbutton to start...where are we? weeee funland...the science and industry museum? why is having a key such a bad thing? throws metal detectors off at the airport?

even though it's been years since y'all posted that I'm in a 2018 Nissan Maxima is a badass car and I have never been in one with a push button so yes thank you cut the car off and then hit the button without
