Headlight fuse on a 2013 jetta?

I doubt it is a fuse, you'd have to pull them all and check for any burnt out ones, no designation of fuses on the inside of the cover? Any way it may be the head light control module that has fried. Did you ever find out what was wrong or how to fix this? I've done headlights and the switch as well. No luck.
