Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Randomly, my truck won't start. The battery is good. My 27 fuse was burned.
Replaced that However the problem is still that it randomly won't start. From
this question (https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t21058_ds714124),
it seems my next step is to check if power is going to the solenoid relay. But I
cannot find it.

The Starter needs to be changed. Are you hearing a ticking, but the engine will not engage. IF you tap the starter with a hammer while a friend turns the ignition and it starts when you' re having an issue, there is your answer. This is the first sign off a starter. Check the battery and than the solenoid for a click. you should hear it once and than the starter should engage. Too much clicking is a sign that the solenoids are working put the starter is not. No clicking and it is the solenoids.
