89 bronco 2 idling and running issues

My 89 bronco 2 is having some issues. When idling
it runs hard and rich. When put in gear it will
sputter for a bit then stall out. I now have zero
ideas how to fix it. My hoses are good, relays are
good. Egr valve is new. It seems as though it's
receiving too much fuel and flooding it before it
dies.
