Is the vehicle above in a viper yellow pearl coat a rare or colooectors item, and what are the production numbers of this vehicle.

Not extremely rare, but 1995 was the last year of Gen I production. The Dodge Viper was displayed as a concept car as early as 1989. Viper production averaged about 1500 to 1700 per year from 1992 to 1998.
