My 88 bronco 2 will not shift in gear but it will shift in reverse and drive when I put it in drive it doesn't move but it's got fluid

Sounds like it's time for a new transmission. Try a product called TransX. I've seen it work. Follow the directions on the can. HTH. -Jim
