Complete tuneup will take, new spark plugs and ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor, air, fuel and crankcase breather filters and a PCV valve, then the throttle body cleaned. Double check the ignition base timing after everything has been replaced. Take a good look at the belts, hoses, coolant condition and level, replace if needed, change oil and filter, inspect and clean battery terminal connections. That is about all you can do without special equipment.
