I just bought an 86 Bronco

I just bought an 86 bronco. It is having a hard time getting up to speed and
staying at a constant speed. I will be replacing all the fluids in it but what would
I start with to hopefully fix this problem

Changing fluids is a start but that will not make it run better. Try a tuneup.
