1985 ford bronco 5.0 wont start unless ethers sprayed and then dies immediately.

Are you actually getting high pressure fuel to the throttle body? If OK check fuses if OK unplug throttle body and put a test light between the connector terminals then crank the engine while observing the light it should be flashing if not get to a scanner to check for codes, I assume you changed the filter. Fuel related if it runs with a fuel source sprayed into carburetor or throttle body. Check fuel pressure.
