where is the headlight circuit breaker in a 1995 dodge neon?

Asked by Oct 21, 2013 at 09:32 PM about the 1995 Dodge Neon 4 Dr STD Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

headlights are flashing off and on. don't know why. could it be a circuit breaker and where is it?

1 Answer

its most likely a connection or ground issue, check the grounds at the upper rad support. those are for the headlights. then check all the plugs to the headlights, sometimes they can corrode. lastly you can check the fuse, there is a panel on the drivers side end of the dash, open the door and you'll see it.
