12 is battery disconnected within the last 50 start cycles 52 is engine rich condition 25 iac did not reach target rpm, possible vacuum leak or bad iac.

So you can ignore the 12, dodge does have problems with the iac, make sure it and the passages are clean, and check for cracked or loose vacuum hoses, you might just have to replace the valve, rich condition could be a bad fuel pressure regulator or a bad O2 sensor. Pressure test the fuel system, if the fuel pressure is too high replace the pressure regulator, make sure the regulator is getting manifold vacuum, on this rig you need a special box to test the actual O2 operation, so if the above is not the trouble you might just try replacing the O2 sensor especially if it has never been replaced. Check your spark plugs, if it is as rich as I suspect they could be starting to gas foul out.
