Battery drain

I bought a new battery and a new
alternator but still my battery goes dead
even causing my truck to die it does take
a long time about half a day I deliver

Sounds like a parasitic drain on the battery, you have to find what circuit is causing the issue. Utube has some good videos on how to find it using a multimeter.
