why does my battery keep draining while im driving?

I have a 1989 nissan 300zx.and every
time I drive it,about 20 mins,I start
losing power  and the car tries to
die.ive changed the altenator and the
battery.idk what it could b.so pls help
if u can.

Sounds like possibly a loose or corroded ground cable. Double check all you wiring harnesses to the alternator for corrosion. These cars are known for having an issue with it. Also check all battery connection and the negative battery connections on the frame and motor.
