Im about to buy a 89 4runner with about 234xxx miles. The previous owner has replaced the clutch fan, radiator, exhaust manifold gasket, and timing belt. He's asking 4k for. Good deal? and are there any fixes im going to have to look forward to in the near future

Wow.. 234,000. I understand it's a Toyota, but you may be looking forward to a lot of fixes in the future with mileage like that. I would recommend requesting any maintenance records on the vehicle that may exist.
