For the code go here: https://www.autocodes.com/p0341_honda.html Next recheck that alternator it should be outputing between 13.8 to 14.7 volts depending on the batteries state of charge, after the charging system is up and functioning, clear the codes and do a drive cycle and watch for the lights again, if they return then those systems will have to be checked professionally, but here hoping it is just a low voltage problem.

Can this code be generated from a bad starter ? Grinding sound occasionally when starting the CRV in the morning

nope, but your starter can b e damaged by low voltage.

Cleared lights but came back on after a day. Alternator still at 12 volts and battery is good after checking. Is it possible it's the alternator? Car runs fine with no issues other than trouble lights coming on???

The charging system is computer controlled on this vehicle, so it may not be turning the alternator on, only a shop can test this.

Just wondering if you figured this one out, because I also have a 2013 AWD CR-V that has all of the same symptoms. I'm suspecting the alternator. Thanks.

I also have a 2013 CR-V, I have been dealing with this code on and off for 9 months, I have had the timing chain and tensioner, Cam chain replaced, Vtc actuator replaced, had a hard reset of the code, cam sensor cleaned of debris, then both Cam sensors replaced, and most recently a new battery. The check engine light and the other two lights are on again, ugh!
