Why won’t my car start?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This morning I was about to go to the store
when I realized my car won’t start. The lights
and radio still work (none of which I left on).
When I turn the key, all I hear are fast clicking
sounds, and all my cluster lights flash really
fast. When I turn the key halfway and wait a
few seconds my EPC, battery, and check
engine light stay on. Do I need a new
battery?
