What is the dif. between EOS LUX SULEV and EOS LUX?

I am in the market for a car and i'm leaning to the VW eos Lux but I have no idea what the word (if in fact it is a word) SULEV is or it's meaning.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_ultra-low_emission_vehicle My guess is the EOS SULEV will have start-stop engine management and will save you a bit on fuel.
